i was disgusted when i saw this, but not at all surprised. bush has been using 9.11 since 9.12 for his own gain and agenda. he took advantage of us while we were still in shock from everything.

yes, it seems that most of the time whenever the sox see a new pitcher they can't hit for anything, not even a good pitcher... just any pitcher, and that is their excuse. as for the lefties, i don't think the sox will have much problems with it. it could cause a problem with the twins though, and that is good for us. the one guy who might, and i emphasize might, be a stopper for them is affeldt. he pitched pretty well last year, but he was bothered by blisters on almost every start last year it seemed. he could go the other way just as easily though too.

good, cause i really think we need to kick our oil dependencies. alternative fuels in passenger cars seem to be feasible in the near future, but how about in larger vehicles that use diesel fuel, or even something like an suv. how far off is that?

ghost... i agree with you on the oil companies. you gotta think that gasoline is a huge market for them. i wonder just how deep they are in with some companies slowing down the production of the gasoline free car.

don't like to hear about the bad baserunning though... am i correct in that pitches tend not to sink as much down there in az, cause of the atmosphere and everything. it always seems like the pitchers kind of struggle down there.
