The Japanese players, generally speaking, are very disciplined. Even when adjusting to the league and going through their slumps… they do the work to get through it. He’d would be a worthwhile get assuming the details all worked out in coordination with the bigger plan.

According to ChatGPT: I think the Sox need to add at least two starting pitchers and a veteran reliever heading into 2027. Tyler Mahle seems like a realistic FA target, with Kris Bubic, Trevor Rogers and Jack Flaherty also worth considering. I could also see Getz trading from the organization’s infield prospect depth for a controllable starter rather than spending big on a frontline arm. My prediction is one established FA starter, a lower-cost veteran or trade acquisition, and bullpen help. With the young core developing, I’d like to see them get more aggressive rather than settle for another patchwork rotation. A legitimate No. 2 starter should be the priority.

Fair enough, was hoping that was a significant contributor. His approach needs to improve obviously, but if he had a disc issue, I’d be more confident that could be fixed.

Bummer… herniated disc could be more easily addressed

What’s the nature of Colson’s back issue? If it’s a disc bulge, he could get a microdiscectomy in the offseason and be good as new.

Grant Taylor going 9 tomorrow

Great job Colson!

Probably means listening and executing on what they’re coaching him to do

We live in a republic not a democracy

Chase traded, Ant to 2nd, Bonemer to Left. Everyone else stays put and rotates DH.

The 6 million was thrown out the window when he didn’t play most of the season, not a September DFA

Double up his wolverine stack

They’ll trade Chase and move Antonacchi to 2nd

Hoping for a medium + Kyle Schwarber

Where’s Grady? Just curious

Telling him and keeping the door open for a last minute change are not mutually exclusive

DH the kid

Prosek can DH

I’m excited about the other half
