QUOTE (Brian @ Dec 2, 2013 -> 06:49 AM) Anyone see DeMarcus Cousins so high fiving Clippers rule? It comes off as childish but I actually kind of like it. I grew up on the NBA where the players hated each other and their were heated rivalries. I miss that. Yeah, DC seems to hate everybody including his own mother. Oh, has anybody peeped Durant's stat line from last night? Good god. http://espn.go.com/nba/boxscore?gameId=400489126 Andre Drummond had himself a night as well. http://espn.go.com/nba/boxscore?gameId=400489123 -

Bobcats had the Heat down 14 with about 9 minutes left until Miami went on one of those insane runs that only they can. LeBron wasn't even supposed to play tonight (back spasms, i think) and he still went out there and effortlessly scored 26 points on only 13 shots and did everything else he normally does. We're past the point of small sample sizes. 17 games is a little over 20% of the season and this dude is still at 60% from the field. His fg% has gone up every year (51%, 53%, 56.5%) since he's been in Miami. Post game is legit. Mid-range is legit. 3-pointer is legit. Improved from the ft line. I guess what i'm saying is that we're getting to that point where you have to at least consider the possibility we might be witnessing the single most complete/dominant player of all-time. And he's still not 29 yet. -

QUOTE (DBAHO @ Nov 30, 2013 -> 09:23 PM) Yep to me, if Charlotte get a top 10 pick in this year's draft, I don't think the Bulls are going to end up with a top 10 pick in 2016. They've actually got a competent coach in Steve Clifford who is a defense first guy who worked under SVG for a lot of years. They'd be hoping Charlotte can win about 35 games, and get one of those 11-12-13 picks IMO. So if the Bulls could end up with picks say 6 and 11, which is entirely possible, that's a pretty good result I'd say, and it also opens up a lot of trade possibilities also. Yeah, that's not happening. Bulls are sadly a mortal lock for the postseason. -
QUOTE (buhbuhburrrrlz @ Nov 30, 2013 -> 09:22 PM) they confirmed it on his verified twitter https://twitter.com/RealPaulWalker Damn. I was hoping it was one. This sucks ass. I've liked Walker since he starred in the Skulls back in the day.

QUOTE (sircaffey @ Nov 30, 2013 -> 09:18 PM) The protection decreases every year, it doesn't necessarily get better. Charlotte could be 10th this year, then 6th or whatever next year, then they could be good and really F the Bulls. I think I would settle for the 11th pick this year, given the depth of the upcoming class, and be done with it. I seriously doubt if it gets to 2016, it's top 10 pick, especially given how god awful the East is. I agree. And who knows what the draft class of 2016 will look like anyway. I'd rather have Aaron Gordon or Joel Embiid if possible. -
QUOTE (Buehrle>Wood @ Nov 30, 2013 -> 08:58 PM) Paul Walker...says TMZ Holy s***! Well, watching fast and the furious will never be the same now. Seriously, though, this is awful. I'm reading now that this is a hoax?

This is random as all hell. But is this the worst single-season roster in nba history? http://www.basketball-reference.com/teams/VAN/1996.html I know this was their first year of existence. But jesus f***ing christ of almighty praise be to allah and the prophets and angels. My eyes are bleeding. How did they win 15 games? -

QUOTE (Quinarvy @ Nov 28, 2013 -> 01:05 PM) Yeah, Wiggins has the monster athleticism. Randle is just a huge, athletic inside monster. Exum (from what little I've seen) just sees the game incredibly smoothly and has the athleticism and shooting to compliment it. Parker still has great athleticism, but he also seems to have a chip on his shoulder and massive amount of skill for someone so young, making me think he'll never be content to rely on his athleticism and existing skill. Basically, you can't go wrong with any of the four and I think Jabari is most attainable. This is more than reasonable. -

QUOTE (Buehrle>Wood @ Nov 28, 2013 -> 12:59 PM) At best he's a better hall of fame type. It's one of the greatest classes ever and Jabari is at the top of it right now. A class like this will provide at least one of those types if not multiple HoFers as they always do. It's not that ridiculous. WHAT!? What does that mean? A better HOF type? Better than who? You said AT WORST he's Paul Pierce. As if Pierce is/was some kinda borderline all-star and not a first ballot hall of famer. I'd say that's A LOT more of a best case scenario. You have somehow found a way to make me dislike Parker now. Congratulations. -

QUOTE (Buehrle>Wood @ Nov 28, 2013 -> 11:54 AM) Before getting fat, Jabari was the best prospect since Lebron for a reason. Now that he's in shape again he's the obvious pick. At worst you're getting Paul Pierce. lmao. This is ridiculous and what i'm talking about. At WORST he's paul pierce? So what's the best case? LeBron? Durant? Stop. -

QUOTE (Quinarvy @ Nov 28, 2013 -> 11:34 AM) I don't expect them to be able to get Wiggins or Randle. I think Exum has the chance to be the biggest star from the draft. But I think it's possible they get the #4 pick and having Parker with whatever version of Rose exists writes itself for marketing. Oh ok then that makes sense. I just can't help but laugh when I see Parker > Wiggins. And it's mostly bulls/illini fans. Somethin' tragic would have to happen for Wiggins not to blow up the nba. -

QUOTE (Rowand44 @ Nov 28, 2013 -> 10:10 AM) Still rather have Wiggins at the next level but Jabari is a superstar in college and is going to be an absolute star in the NBA as well. This. I think people are getting too wrapped up in Parker being from Chicago. Don't get me wrong. The kid is really good. But Wiggins easily has the most upside with very little downside. I might even take Exum and Randle before Parker. You can't teach elite athleticism. -

QUOTE (ZoomSlowik @ Nov 27, 2013 -> 08:45 PM) If anything, it'll probably get worse as guys get "hurt" come March. Only team I see (outside of the obvious 2) with any upside right now are the Wizards. That's just not enough. Bulls are probably gonna win 42 games. f***in' lame. -

QUOTE (witesoxfan @ Nov 27, 2013 -> 02:22 PM) He's a good player worthy of an 8 digit annual salary, but the Bulls should not be that team. If they didn't already have Kawhi Leonard, I'd say he fits the Spurs system. Leonard is such a monster though. Of course he's a good player. He's just not a 13-15 million dollar a year player. Never has been. Look at what Andre Iguodala signed for: 4 years at 12 million per. And Iggy is superior player all the way around. If some team (better not be the Bulls) offers him 4/40, he should take it and like it. That's about what a player of his caliber is worth. -

QUOTE (Rowand44 @ Nov 27, 2013 -> 11:08 AM) Probably getting to the point where we can put Paul George up there as well as good as he is on both sides of the court. He was the 10th overall pick. Good one. I would add Kyrie Irving but that team has to start winning some games at some point. -
