Heres my sprint horror story...
I never once missed a payment for the first year and a half I had the service... It was fine, I had just a simple Nokia phone and I was happy with it...
Then they told me I could upgrade to the camera phone if I renewed my contract... My phone mins started over on the 18th, I came in on the 19th to get my phone...
They double billed me for a whole other month of service because I got the new phone "in the middle of my contact"...
Since I couldn't pay both bills they shut my phone off...
Then when I paid it to get it turned back on they double billed me again using the excuse they turned it back in the middle on my pay period... Then I moved to Montana and it became a moot point since they don't have service out here anyway... But they do suck... and that fair and flexible plan is the biggest scam they run too..
