Last night was just such a frustrating game... El Duque was in classic from. Keeping the hitters off balance and throwing a great game... Wade Miller was sucking it up as per usual this year... The difference was that the White Sox managed to gift wrap the outs and by the time our offense had become a little more focused it was too late and Miller had already developed a rythym... Still the internet was down last night so I wasn't in a position to give any love to anyone although El Duque did have a fantastic game, lets hope Jose can give a repeat....

I just wonder how much we're being paid to lay down for these losers... I bet Bug Selig threated to pull the entire season if we didn't lay down for them...

Well obviously this game is over... We lost and we're put in our place... makes you wonder if they will even bother showing up the rest of the year... I bet we mail it in from now on and we're under .500 at the end of Aug...

This is what pisses me off about a the Red Sux.... They get a few decent players... pump up a bunch of frauds who suck... and pay teams like the White Sox to lay down and lose to them to perperuate the fraud even through they suck worst then any team in the history of the game.... DOWN WITH THE FRAUDULANT CHEATERS HECK WITH YOU RED SUX!

God I hate the Red Sux... Not only are they frauds but they suck too... No excuse to lose to them... Damn Red Sux...... and gosh their tv is boring... you'd think with all that money they steal from their "fans" they could afford announcers with personalities....

Playoff experience... Do you mean him getting his ass handed to him by the Cards playoff experience or were you refering to some past playoffs? Seriously I'm all for getting him but I doubt his playoff experience will be the clincher...

This thread cracks me up.... You'll all ready to dump Rowand because he's not putting up as many power numbers? Isn't that the whole Ozzie Ball line of thinking... It sounds like some of you had him in line to take over what Maggs or Carlos was putting up power wise. As much as I like Rowand that just isn't going to happen... He has the second highest average on the team among every day players and has an OBP of .340 so he's getting on base at a decent rate at least... But he's not hitting HR's so lets just get rid of him... Seriously you want to look at someone who we should find a replacement for look no further then Uribe.... .236 average .267 OBP... I think he needs to go back to being a bench player and see how that works out for him...

Ohhh no... We lost two in a row... We'll never win another game again... The sky is falling... ...and don't forget every player on the team sucks now because we actually lost a game... Seriously lighten up guys...

I'm sorry but I will not be willing to part with top quality for Schmidt..... He has a road ERA of 5.22 and batting against of .297... The AL would absolutely destroy him and in the cell can you spell ERA of 6... I'm sorry for the big font but i'm so sick of the people who say, he hit 94 on the gun he must be good now... He was mediocore before the Giants and steroids and I wouldn't put it past him to be mediocore now..

I'm shocked so many of you are quick to down Adkins... He had a decent year out of the pen last year... Yes his numbers suck in AAA but he's been used mostly as a starter to. I think in the pen he'll be fine... Although personally I think BMAC should be the one brought up and used as a long man in the pen... He's not doing all that great in AAA and it gives him a chance to work his way into the bigs the same way Garland and Buherle did...

Are you guys kidding me? Your complaining because Paulie decided to take the high road... Just because he said Maggs was a good teammate... Maybe he was a good teammate... I mean there are alot of reasons to be sick of Paulie, and I for one don't want to see him resigned. But thats all about play on the field... Sorry but complaining about something Paulie said to some reporter is just stupid.

Actually I was actually pleased with the way he threw... He ran into some trouble in the 5th but he gave us 6 innings and kept us in the game... Thats all you can ask of him... In his first start back from the DL I'd say he did a very solid job.

By the way I just wanted to give Props to El Duque... He gave us 6 innings... he had some problems in the 5th but otherwise a very solid start in his first game back from the DL...
