Nix is playing himself out of the organization. Batting .150 with no power and terrible defense. I was a big fan of his, but he looks to have taken a few steps back from where he was last season.

If you want to talk about rushing decisions, KW made almost all of his moves so early this offseason (Teahen/Jones/Vizquel/Kotsay), he put himself into a situation where he wasn't able to see how much the market was hurting players until it was basically too late with Damon.
