Trying to hit homers on 2 strike breaking balls

Gavin is a huge strikeout pitcher

It really sucks Vogt didn’t go to Williams in game 4 when he pulled Messick.

Making it look too easy. Hope Chase stands closer to the plate next year

Is that 3 strikeouts on 10 pitches for Beni?

Benintendi is totally broken. He’s missing these pitches by an insane amount. Never should have been in the lineup.

Getz was given quite a lot to spend at the deadline, as the attendance increases went directly to the 2026 payroll according to a few reports.

Sox wanted cost certainty for a starting pitcher prior to the offseason.

They’re very short in the bullpen due to Brazobust

Guardians offense was significantly better in the second half than the first half

Pretty sure Bailey had a hit in similar location in game 1

Also playing in right center field didn’t help.

They love Adell there and he’s a perfect fit. He’s going nowhere

Sox were also relying on McDougal to be a power arm down the stretch in the bullpen. Another development fail as his command is so bad.

He’s hitless against RHP in the playoffs. Has anyone gone back and watched his route on that double? It was so bad.

You don’t miss Lucas Sims?

He did do a good job with this team

We can nitpick all we want about moves that didn’t work out, but the guy has done a very good job this year. Also, JR was saying the other day how amazing he’s been.

Colson Montgomery and prospects for Ronald Acuna Jr…who says no?

also, while attendance obviously increased, the bigger concern as to why the payroll won’t go up as much as we hope is the TV distribution issues that still exist. I would love to be wrong and see a 160 million dollar payroll with a starting pitcher, closer and Seiya added and extensions to a few guys.

The heavy rumor is free agents will try to sign before the lockout

Also think they’ve seen him so much, they’re able to pick up which pitch is coming earlier than most teams.

You’re underestimating the impact of the CBA uncertainty

And then Thorpe will replace him

My son was watching upstairs and was ahead a few seconds than me and reacted like it was gone
