"Who would you rather be?"
QUOTE(DBAH0 @ Jan 29, 2008 -> 03:59 PM) Woods. The only reason I'd consider to be Brady, is because of Gisele Bundchen. Woods is probably the most dominant golfer ever. Can Tom Brady he's the most dominant QB ever? No, I don't think he can. Woods is more marketable, he has a worldwide fanbase, unlike Brady who's probably hated outside of New England (and who no-one besides Americans would know). Besides I would rather be able to rip a drive 300-350 metres, instead of throwing a ball. Yeah to meters, haha it's cool, it's just different to hear someone say meters compared to yards. But I'm sure it's the same way with yards for you.

Santana Traded to the Mets
This is a sign of relief. But now the Twins will probably be contending or at least decent for the next 10 years.

The Bench
QUOTE(WHITESOXRANDY @ Jan 29, 2008 -> 09:47 AM) Would someone please go to Spring Training and step on Ozuna's leg so that the Sox can get a useful player for the bench? Thank you. You won't get me doing that, Pablo brings a spark to this team. Plus I love his safe signal when he's trying to beat out a ball at first base.

"Who would you rather be?"
QUOTE(CanOfCorn @ Jan 29, 2008 -> 11:32 AM) shipps has it right. Brady will be done by 40. Woods, won't ever be done. Look at Arnold Palmer or Jack Nicklaus...even if they aren't at the top of their game, they still get exemptions to play. And people watch them...because even if they aren't averaging 72's, they are still beating the pants off of most casual golfers out there.... Tiger can play and people will want to watch him FOREVER. Brady will only be noticed during the football season when he is interviewed. Let's put it another way...would you rather go see Arnold Palmer play a round of golf in the Masters or Joe Montana in an Old Timers football game? Depends who else is in the old timers football game. I was going to say Tom Brady at first, but a lot of you brought up great points on Woods so I changed my mind. Good job guys.

Colon Declined Sox Offer
QUOTE(Texsox @ Jan 28, 2008 -> 03:49 PM) Perhaps. What? That was a nice thing he did, he didn't have to do that. I didn't have anything to comment on the Colon part of the article.

Qualified Experience to be President
Unfortunately it seems that if you wanted to become president, you almost have to run while you're in your 50's. If you're in your 40's people say you're too young, if you're in your late 60's people will say you're too old to become president. Chris Dodd used to have a commercial going saying that some of his opponents said he was too experienced. I guess I never thought you could be too experienced but that's ok.

Kenny and Jerry Steroid enablers?
he seems to love that word "lunacy" I would so much love to see the Sox win the World Series again for many reasons, but knowing he hates it is just another great reason.

Josh Fields
Seeing pictures of him in college are pretty funny. His hair style anyways.

Kenny and Jerry Steroid enablers?
Yeah I don't understand the meaning of decided to bring up this that was fromm 7 years ago. It's not like the Sox were the only team to have signed Canseco. The A's, Rangers, Red Sox, Blue Jays, Devil Rays, Yankees, and Expos all had him on their team. Even though I don't think he played on the Expos. Plus I might be missing a team or two, not quite sure. Basically he played on a 1/4 of the teams in the league. If we're going to talk steriods, the Cubs should be on the forefront as well. Sammy Sosa is probably a jucier, Rondell White was in the steriod report, and I have a hunch Henry Rodriguez probably did steriods too.

Uribe vs Richar BATTLE for 2nd Base
With Ozuna and Ramirez, I don't see a need for Uribe on the team. With that being said, I could see him finally coming into his own this spring training and out performing Richar. If Uribe is on the team he deserves to have a chance at some playing time but I'd rather see Ozuna in at 2nd or 3rd and I'm curious to see what Ramirez can do at short.

Vacation Choices ~ City or Country
Definately the country for me. I've neve been into the city life, although it's ok once in a while. But since I crazily ride my bicycle all the time, going mountain biking would be awesome. Plus I've never actually camped out somewhere and that would be cool too.

Starting Lineup
After Robin Ventura left, it seemed like we had so many 3rd basemen until Crede. Now we have 2. As of now, as long as Crede is on this team I would rather have him be the starting 3rd basemen. I have a feeling he won't be on the team by spring training and if he's not, then there isn't a problem at 3rd, unless Juan Uribe magically appears there. Whoever it is, Crede or Fields, I'm excited for the year to start.

Latest name on the steroid front? Magglio
I didn't see this posted anywhere and since they both were on the White Sox in 2001 I decided to put it here. It can be moved if you want it to be though. http://sports.yahoo.com/mlb/news;_ylt=Aisp...p&type=lgns Pretty interesting.
