  1. QUOTE(JimH @ Jan 22, 2005 -> 04:54 PM) He's still out there to my knowledge. Just a hunch though, I think the Sox want to go in a different direction. Somebody with more speed and better numbers. I liked watching Kelly slap a hit to opposite field last year. It seems like that's all he ever hit it to. I'm sure he's got a great heart but sadly the talent just isn't there.
  2. That's too bad, but it probably had to be done. Wouldn't surprise me if that was Lenny's last head coaching job.
  3. People make a big deal out of nothing. At least he was at church. And I don't know for sure, but I'm guessing he's given some money to the church also.
  4. QUOTE(qwerty @ Jan 21, 2005 -> 06:41 PM) If they get a lottery pick five years in a row anything can happen. lol tell that to the Clippers, they're getting better gradually, but with all the top 3 picks they've had, they should be good.
  5. I like those pics a lot.
  6. Will the Hawks ever have another decent team again? Man, it's been a long time.
  7. If this goes down, this'll be awesome. Great job Kenny.
  8. QUOTE(BlackBetsy @ Jan 21, 2005 -> 12:35 PM) I voted for El Duque - not because he'll be lights out - but because having El Duque means the Sox will finally have a 5th starter that can win half or more of his games. My guess is that the 5th starter spot easily cost the Sox 4-5 games last year. That's a good reason, I never really thought about that.
  9. I'm goin with Dye on this one. I think he's ready to have a surge in his career.
  10. I don't mind not getting Castillo. I think Iguchi would be the right addition
  11. Sad story. I like cats.
  12. Yeah I was impressed with her.
  13. lol I saw that too. LET THE PEOPLE SPEAK!!!
  14. Iowa couldn't quite pull it off, solid effort by them though. I'm sure this has already been mentioned but I have to give props to my home state.
  15. I'm split in the decision of it. But if I had to go with one, I'd lean towards tradition because they do get a free education.
  16. I used to be a huge Maggs fan, but this is just getting old, I almost wish some team would just sign him. Not the Cubs though.
  17. The Twolves are slipping big time. I watched a game a week or two back and they barely beat the Sixers with out Iverson.
