  1. I want to see a new catcher here next year.
  2. I'm in til the end also.
  3. What He Gone said. The Sox have been in the last 4 games. Losing all of them by only 1 run each. It's time to win by a run like the Sox did earlier this year.
  4. I'm ever more happy to see the month of August here.
  5. 4 1-run loss games in a row is unbelieveable. 4 and counting.......................
  6. OK, now 5 games out.
  7. 1 week ago this team was in first, now this team is 5 games out pending a Twins win. Has this ever happened before?
  8. This team is showing hardly any sign of life. After a great catch by Konerko, what happens, a walk to lose the game. Let him hit the damn ball for crying out loud. I don't care of it's one of the hottest hitter in the league, throw a strike.
  9. sigh..........Some luck results in nothing.
  10. Haha sorry guys, I guess you don't like my opinion. I want him out of the lineup too, but I didn't think we should get rid of him like some people do.
  11. Lead of double by Lee, let's get him in guys.
  12. Come on both Sox teams.
  13. True, and as much as we criticize him, he is a team leader in the club house and it seems like he's always positive.
  14. Good idea, I guess we could put Uribe at shortstop and move Harris into second. Those two did a good job at the begining of the year, hopefully they could be average at least. Ivan walks, bases loaded.
  15. I did mean this year. I don't want Rowand getting taken out again like he did last year.
  16. uh oh, this isn't good. 2 runners in scoring position, 1 out. C'mon guys, let's not let them take the lead here.
  17. If Frank and Maggs both come back this year. I don't want to see Everett move over to center field again. Rowand was doing fine last year, and even better this year. I'm sure there will be a lot of mad Sox fans if that happens again this year. Plus Rowand's defense is much better.
  18. It seems like it's been longer than that. Let's go out there and just get a win.
  19. That's always good to hear that 3 starting pitchers will be here for another 3 years.
  20. you were the only one that posted that. plus if you're going to be sarcastic, i'll do the same.
  21. Who was this Scott Ruffcorn guy and where did he go to?
  22. You're welcome, but I wasn't talking to you. You could obviously use the force to understand that.
  23. Haha, anyone want Mondesi, I heard the Angels terminated his contract or something.
  24. With out giving up anything for a guy like Olerud, it is a nice pick up. Obviously he wasn't cutting it this year in Seattle. But the guy plays ball the way Torre likes. And he's a decent defensive player. With Giambi out, he'll be given a chance to play a bit, along with Tony Clark.
  25. according to Harold Reynolds. It's a decent pick up for the Yankees. You can always use a guy with a nice stick to come in and pinch hit. Obviously they are thinking World Series.
