  1. Jazz helped give this game away. 7 more turnovers and most importantly only 11-21 from the free throw line.
  2. WhiteSux, everyone in this thread is now dumber for having seen a Justin Bieber photo. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.
  3. Bartman is getting back at the Cubs.
  4. Got all the way through and I feel like I'm a stronger person now.

    Lights Out is great.
  6. QUOTE (Kenny Hates Prospects @ Jan 31, 2011 -> 10:03 PM) Agreed. People like to trash Freddy because the FB isn't nearly what it used to be, but the secondary stuff is there and he knows how to pitch. Sometimes I think people forget how easy it is for MLB hitters to park mid-90's heat when they don't have to worry about the guy on the mound getting his breaking ball over. For a team like the Yankees who are going to contend no matter what, a guy like Freddy could definitely make a difference, because even when he's not at his best, he can still get himself out of jams and get the Yankee offense back up there. It's a sad day when I read "FB" and first think Facebook instead of Fastball.
  7. When I went to school at UNI in Cedar Falls, Iowa there was always a good number of teams being represented. Most was the Cubs followed by the Twins. Then the Cardinals and White Sox were close to each other for third. It was pretty impressed with the amount of White Sox fans. The Brewers had a good number and even the Royals had some fans. It was fun talking to the Royals fans and I give them props for wearing Royals gear. Of course you have a lot of Yankees and Red Sox fans too.

We haven't gotten it bad at all in Northern Iowa. Feel bad for you guys. Hope everyone is safe!
  9. QUOTE (since56 @ Feb 1, 2011 -> 06:34 PM) Thought he would sign with the Twins or Tigers and come back and kill us 18 times a year. lol I don't see why he wouldn't if one of those two teams did sign him.

I've gone on a movie spree that past week. Saw True Grit, No Strings Attached, and The Green Hornet....with 3 different girls, haha. I was impressed with all 3 of them. Probably liked True Grit the best because I think it was the first Western I've gone to and there was awesome acting involved. No Strings Attached was pretty funny, but probably my 3rd out of the 3. I was also impressed with Seth Rogan's acting in The Green Hornet. The Green Hornet had good comedy and good action.

  12. QUOTE (Jerksticks @ Jan 26, 2011 -> 06:37 PM) Rocco Baldelli retired. We could start an appreciation thread since he almost came here 9 times. lol I like it.
  13. I love spring training.
  14. QUOTE (JPN366 @ Jan 23, 2011 -> 10:22 PM) Jack LaLanne at 96. I was expecting him to go longer, disappointed. haha yeah what the heck, 96? I expected at least 111.
  15. QUOTE (buhbuhburrrrlz @ Jan 23, 2011 -> 10:23 PM) I think the way he acted on the sideline brought on alot of the speculation. I don't remember seeing someone hurt their knee and then stand on it for the rest of the game. Just find it funny guys like Deion Sanders lol are questioning Cutler's toughness. rofl. But you have a guy like Derrick Brooks who never missed a game in his 14 year career. lol not everyone is as Superman as you Derrick. I would hope Cutler wanted to play and I'm guessing he wanted to. It could've been his only chance at making the Super Bowl. A winner isn't going to go out willingly.
  16. happy birthday
  17. QUOTE (TomPickle @ Jan 18, 2011 -> 05:52 PM) Ravens' Defensive Coordinator Greg Mattison will be taking the same position at the University of Michigan. Very happy about this.
  18. Looks like I'll be hoping the Bears win it all now due to the fact I hate the two AFC teams and not really a Packer fan.

I don't care about zodiac stuff but I liked being a Scorpio. Why does Scorpio only get 7 days? That's messed up.
  20. Giant sized LSU men!
  21. Dangit, come on mess up Aurburn!
  22. This KC team was never as good as their record. They had an easy schedule. Out of the 6 AFC teams they didn't play, 4 of them made the playoffs (Patriots, Jets, Steelers, Ravens) and the other (Colts) beat them. I had them going 8-8 this year, instead they went 10-6. 2-4 AFC West (Actual: 2-4) 1-3 AFC South (Actual: 2-2) 2-0 Bills/Browns (Actual: 2-0) 3-1 NFC West (Actual: 4-0)
  23. this is over, terrible.
