But in the end, as you have said we pretty much all had a feeling about this season so why would anyone get bent out of shape over an expected result is beyond me.

Why exactly was Getz positioned so deep towards 1st with a right hander up. Between the pitch calling and some of the defensive positioning you wonder what the hell is going on.

Think about all of the BS that was bantered about from Ozzie and company on how OBP and not a guys 40 speed were the deciding factor for top of the order guys. Yet again, we are going to give one of our worst hitters the most ABs in the game in front of our RBI guys. Maybe Ozzie needs to look in the mirror when he makes these lineups and wonder why we are one of the worst run producers in the AL. Lillibridge needs some ABs in the minors so he can shake this, I am a big homer guy thing he has going right now. Hit in on the ground and run like hell should be his motto.

Why exactly, what has he shown that he should be the long term answer. If he hits like s*** for the year, is he still the long term answer. Hopefully Beckham gets a fair shake when he comes up.

I want to jump into this space so bad, the only hold up is the ability to convert pdf's into e reader format. Yes it does it, but its awkward and slow, and doesnt do a good job at converting. MY CIO has joked numerous times about how I should get one just to save a forest or two from my printing. If the new Adobe technology solves this, then this is a no brainer. The price however is a bit much for a single purpose device like this. You can get laptops for cheaper.

I don't understand why everyone is freaking out. Did they not pay attention to the warts on this team last year. Same players, year later. This is a KW transition year. Why is it all of them are together. Why is it that so much effort and emphasis is on that crew. Because that is part of your new core. Getting used to playing with each other. This year may work out, then again it may not. But that nice looking group at AA gives me hope as a sox fan for long term success. And as a sox fan thats what I want. I am willing to deal with a mediocre year here, and there to get a nice young crew together. We have some nice pics here in this upcoming draft to load up even more. There should be a sign up, Don't mind our dust we are remolding. Come back in a year or so and see the new an improved team. I have beaten the Walk thing to death on this site, and if you have noticed I have kept out of it this year. Because its pointless. I don't particularly think he is good at his job, but its evident that he is here forever. So the speculation is pointless. They are not replacing him. So why even bother with it. Blow the torches out. Its not happening. And to be honest whats the point of replacing Walk with Gary Ward. I hope they do well this year. I hope the team figures out how to score runs again. I hope they stay healthy. If they don't, then there is no point in getting in bunches over it.
