  1. No Moncada , no bueno. He needs to play against lefties and righties. I do not care about day game after a night game when he's swinging the bat well.
  2. This is also true and will become an even bigger problem when the 14 man pitching staff is reduced to 13. When people scream in the game threads about using other guys in situations that they don't agree with the amount of high leverage situations cannot only be picked up by the best guys. While we also scream about the position playing resting too much, it's crucial with the reduction in the staff coming that the Sox score more runs because the if close games continue we are going to see more of the bottom relievers being used in situation we don't like.
  3. I also had the accidental discovery that I could listen to your podcasts on my TV yesterday !
  4. You mean you never argue with your computer ?
  5. Or you could look on the bright side. Lynn still missing . Eloy still missing. Sheets coming to life. Giolito back soon from Covid. Vaughn back. Moncada back and swinging well. Bummer out and maybe he can turn it around too.
  6. Sox do well in the hockey score games, not so good in the football score games.
  7. Harper just hit a 3 run BOMB against Urias . No one moved.
  8. WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
  9. Be fair man. You cant frame a pitch when the pitcher misses his spot like that. Like Stone said you won't get that call when the catcher has to reach.
  10. I like DP's when the other team hits into them .
  11. Yep he was back on his heels a bit and didn't catch it out in front.
  12. He should have charged that ball. The second he waited on it I knew IKF would be safe
  13. Not even sure it's true. You don't have a big enough sample size to know. But the people who are always saying Sheets sucks blast it from their trumpets enough to convince others it's true.
  14. I actually think/know there were plenty of people here saying the Sox knew best and are just waiting for his arm to blow up to say I told you so. Some will say it also if he doesn't pitch in the playoffs if the Giants can make the playoffs.
  15. Way before that . TLR was Reinsdorf's icing on the carrot cake.
  16. You mean like replaced Rodon with Rodon because pitcher's of his caliber actually usually go for a lot more than Rodon did because of that injury history. They had a chance at a bargain and they decided "Nope we don't even want the draft pick and someone can sign him for whatever it takes to get him without the draft pick attached." Hahn working for the other 29 teams.
  17. It's really sad when I actually like Leury in this situation since he's been semi good lately.
  18. Cool call stands. Let's not hit into a DP now.
  19. I think SHeets was out without benefit of the slow mo
