Heuer was the 1st reliever in . Kopech and Crichet cannot pitch in every game either ahead or behind and La Russa prefers to use them when ahead most of the time. He know's we don't have the bats tp cpme from behind that often.

Aren't the playoffs going to be sped up this year ? More games in less time than usual ? I can't remember if I heard that somewhere at the beginning of the season. AT this point I don't think even the White Sox know when he will be back. Too soon to know . It's possible we get an update on his condition in the next 2 weeks and then we will get more in August and see if he is going to miss most of September.
