Grown men were in tears when they finally won it. Throw the Red Sox and Cubs in there too. Do you think history really meant nothing when Boston finally won it? Or each year when the Cubs fail to?

This could be a very interesting offseason, depending on what KW decides to do. 2009 should look much more promising than 2008 did a year ago. Thank you for 2008 White Sox.

Any Hold Steady fans know the name of the 2nd to last song on Stay Positive? It starts out, "If she asks, don't tell her that I'm living hand to mouth" and ends each verse with some kind of drug reference. That song and the last one are not listed on the album.
