I live outside of Chicago, and I think it's well worth the cost. I also have XM to listen to the games I can't watch. I'm not sure about the online video broadcast, but I can't imagine having people over to watch games on my computer.

The reason I ask is because my band is making it's first trip to Chicago and will be playing there this Saturday, the 18th. I've had that happen before. You may have more than 1 instance of Firefox running and it doesn't show up. Bring up the Task Manager with Ctrl+Alt+Del and see if there are multiple Firefoxes open. If there are, close them all and start it again and it should open with your default profile.
