The meeting for more resources is being confirmed in several outlets now. Still unclear what day it was, but the timeline of "last week trump started asking for rationale to fire Comey" and "last week Comey asked the DAG, who wrote his letter of reasons to fire him, for more resources to investigate the Trump campaign" is ... not a good look. It would be an open and transparent attempt to thwart an ongoing investigation into the presidency, and something that should require an independent congressional investigation.

I think the Trout comparisons were mostly due to body type. I think Cano is more apt for hitting style.

I am glad we are taking this route though I'm anxious to see him. I have not been able to see much, but when he comes up he is going to get a steady stream of breaking pitches. He's had success in AAA feasting on first pitch fastballs (it seems), longer he is down there the more adjustments those pitchers can make and he can adjust with less pressure.
