Hey guys, it's really unfair Miami gets picked on with fouls. They never follow through with similar behavior:

Props to band Theme Park (very good btw). I wrote them a message asking for help getting permission for their song in our wedding video, they responded back in 5 minutes and gave me a contact. Really nice thing to go out of their way for.

QUOTE (Jake @ Mar 28, 2013 -> 06:51 PM) My dad: "most enjoyable Bulls game since MJ" No way, that Celts-Bulls 09 series was one of the most incredible series I've ever seen, MJ included.

QUOTE (lasttriptotulsa @ Mar 28, 2013 -> 07:37 PM) His rebound and put back with 55 seconds left was arguably the play of the game. I really have a hard time finding fault with a 20+ point 17 rebound game. No kidding. People love to hate on the dude, but he's been everything we could ask for this year. He knows he's slow on D, but he absolutely puts in effort. He's just not a good defensive player. It happens.

QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Mar 28, 2013 -> 06:07 PM) That whole team does. I can't tell you how many T's should have been handed out for b****ing about calls. Or, ummm, hanging on the rim during that nrob layup. What the hell was that?

QUOTE (Harry Chappas @ Mar 28, 2013 -> 04:46 PM) The Patriots going 16-0 is a better streak than the Heat or the Lakers record of wins. It is also better than the Blackhawks. NBA officiating is abysmal. It's also incredibly difficult. For example, everyone watching at home would not have given bosh that continuation late in the game when he was fouled at the top of the key. But replay showed Bosh did in fact make it from free throw line to hoop in one freaking step without dribbling. These players are freaks of nature that are often moving in a way our brains can't process quickly.

Stacey King can be too much sometimes, even though Neil Funk is blind (i'm not joking, I'm pretty sure he is blind), I'm glad he reels him in sometimes. The bulls NEVER foul, everything that happens to the bulls is wrong, etc. The only thing he is objective about is nate robinson.

QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Mar 28, 2013 -> 03:03 PM) If he fits this year, there is no mess. He is a FA after this year anyway. Oh, well then. Anyway I think our team will be fine if it goes into playoffs healthy.

QUOTE (Steve9347 @ Mar 28, 2013 -> 02:49 PM) I'm glad the Hawks abstained - the last thing we need is another salary cap mess the moment things are looking up again. Our acquisitions can be the return of Hossa (soon) and Sharp (eventually) to the lineup. I agree to a point. If you win a stanley cup with him, it's worth another cap mess. 2 Stanley cups in 3 years is something you don't pass up.

Loved watching sportscenter and how they have turned it into "are the Heat treated unfairly?" Hinrich's foul was very vanilla, it only looked bad because he's 110 lbs going up against a 280 lb monster.

QUOTE (HeGone33 @ Mar 27, 2013 -> 08:44 PM) I keep hearing mention of this video from practice yesterday of Rose playing one on one and looking dominant. Not sure if I haven't seen the correct video, but in the one I have seen, it made me sick to my stomach watching him take jumper after jumper from the top of the key looking horrid with little explosion at all. I thought the same thing.

QUOTE (Jordan4life @ Mar 25, 2013 -> 04:35 PM) Still wouldn't matter. Point is we've seen the best of kobe. There's no higher for him to go. He's no threat (never really was) to Michael. Michael knows this. But Lebron is most definitely a threat. 4 MVPs before age 29? That's too sick. Like dick said, if the heat win this year (they will), it's officially on. I was saying they'd never hit 80-2.

QUOTE (Jordan4life @ Mar 25, 2013 -> 04:01 PM) Mike knows it too. His lame reasoning for choosing Kobe over LeBron ("5 beats 1") was so amatuer. A 10-year old could come up with that. It's way more complex. Imagine LeBron with early 2000's Shaq? lol. 80-2 every year. Naw, Shaq didn't care about regular season.

Wade and Bosh are great, but I still think Lebron would have won a championship last year if he stayed in cleveland. Andy has turned into a damn good player, and who knows who may have found their way there as well. Lebron is just the king of the league right now. He made his choice, his team is great, they are going to win for a long time. There's always a super team in the nba, this is their time.

I'm doing my countdown to the honeymoon. Headed to Curacao in late april. Very excited, not sure whether I want to make a bunch of plans now or just feel through it then. Anyone been?
