QUOTE (Buehrle>Wood @ May 13, 2011 -> 09:52 PM) The Bulls are going to absolutely destroy the Heat. This series won't be close. I hope this is true. But I'm just cautiously optimistic.

QUOTE (BigSqwert @ May 13, 2011 -> 02:04 PM) Yeah for real. Especially when it's early May and we still have one of the worst records in baseball. ooh! Did we move up to just "one of"?

QUOTE (DBAHO @ May 13, 2011 -> 02:29 PM) I think that will definitely be the case whenever Bibby's out on the court, otherwise I think they'll try to keep those 2 as fresh as possible on the offensive side of things. If you put one of those guys on Rose for a whole game, you're probably going to depend on Bosh scoring around 20PTS to keep things running smoothly on offense, and I don't think they can rely on that in a tough playoff style of basketball especially when the Bulls are so good on the interior defense. This is true, but I was also impressed that Lebron stayed as good on offense while having to chase ray allen thru screens on D throughout the game.

Yeah, sorry I'm not going to stay up until midnight for games when there are 162 of them.

so THERE's the pick and pop. That was an awesome game. I'm not sure I'm prepared to play the heat. I've never hated a team nearly as much as I've loved my own, and here they are going head to head. A BATTLE VS GOOD AND EVIL. Seriously if the bulls don't take the heat, the thunder/mavs have to. If Miami wins it's over for a few years.

QUOTE (Steve9347 @ May 11, 2011 -> 09:30 PM) I highly doubt they verify the source, or else this would be useless to me! From what I gather, you can stream with the app over any Android device or from any PC with internet connectivity. Still waiting on my invite Google you f***ers. Well, I'm sort of waiting to see what pressure the RIAA would put on this. Google is a big company and typically will acquiesce to these things, as we've seen with the youtube.

QUOTE (T R U @ May 12, 2011 -> 08:03 PM) You saying he got mauled is sissy.. if that's mauling to you, yikes He pulled him down, s*** that wade routinely has gotten away with his whole career in addition to getting every contact foul against him. He's a plays like a whiney b****, and it turns out the league rewards that.

QUOTE (Chisoxfn @ May 12, 2011 -> 05:56 PM) I think that is the sissy argument. Wade's tessle with Rondo wasn't that bad. Its just physical postseason play. And when you have guys like Neni Kristic getting significant minutes you have problems anyway. When him and Delonte struggle I'm not going to be surprised. Losing one of your best players and ball distributors is a sissy excuse?

QUOTE (Jordan4life @ May 12, 2011 -> 03:34 AM) I wasn't talking about you. But can a game go by in which the refs aren't brought up? What do you think non-Bulls fans say about Rose? Rose gets the least calls of any superstar i've ever seen. He never gets the fouls that occur on his drives and will only get fouls on the shot if he's hacked. Wade gets a foul every time he drives.

I'm only scared if there's a double standard in foul calls.

yeah, the last minute confirms everything i've said. and Miami once again does some douchebag drives at the end. This league can f*** itself if they are gonna parade these douchebags around as champions.

QUOTE (Balta1701 @ May 12, 2011 -> 02:27 AM) Come on celtics pretend you have some pride Yeah, well it's hard to make a run or maintain a lead when any time the heat are close to the basket the refs are ready to blow the whistle, but when paul drives and gets the same contact they swallow it. This reminds me why I had trouble getting back in to the NBA.

I would love if the bulls got the calls that the big three get. They smell the basket and get a foul called.

QUOTE (Jordan4life @ May 11, 2011 -> 07:42 PM) That's always been Bosh's game. He's a face-up/slasher that can shoot. Kinda like Dirk without the 3-point range. I'll fully concede that Bosh seems to be a dumbass. But he's a great player. I knew before the season that he was going to have the most difficult adjustment out of the three. And he's had a fine year. right, but i don't think he's a great player for the heat, or paired up with lebron.

QUOTE (Jordan4life @ May 11, 2011 -> 08:36 PM) Then you're selling the Heat short, IMO. LeBron is the best player in basketball. Wade is arguably the second best. Chris Bosh is a top 3 player at his position. They're all young and in their primes. There's no reason to think they won't be a major force for years to come. Look at this year. They 'only' won 58 games and yet they were looked at as big underachievers. Yet when you take away the 9-8 start and that 5-game losing streak in March, they've been utterly dominant. They're doing this simply on talent. You can tell they're much more comfortable playing together than they were 5 months ago. And the more time that goes by, the better the chemistry will be. And you have to figure they'll be able to strengthen their supporting cast going forward. I thought they did a pretty good job this year. No way to know Mike Miller was going to fall off a cliff and that Haslem would miss 60 games. Dirk is 2nd best right now.

QUOTE (Jordan4life @ May 11, 2011 -> 08:30 PM) I agree with the premise here. 'Bron is basically injury proof. Bosh hasn't had a legitimate injury to this point in his career that I can remember. Wade has obviously had a ton of injury issues. I just don't consider Bosh anything major at this point. He's good on a team where nobody can make their own shot, but on a team with a lebron and wade, having a PF who just wants to take jumpshots is frivelous. A team of Lebron + Bosh is one I don't think would win a title. I mean, I'd definitely consider OKC from hereon to be superior to that.
