That would have been one hell of a move for Arizona.

A lot of money and 5 years is nuts for Burnett but Toronto has built themselves one solid pitching staff. Halladay/Burnett/Chacin/Lilly/Batista(if he's not traded) or Towers. With Ryan, Speir, and Frasor in the pen. Not bad.

Ok this from are good friend Dayn Perry, I just found this stuff funny as he's giving out report cards for the offseason so far: This about the Dodgers: Great move in signing Furcal to below-market contract. I Just found the parts about Furcal and Paul quite funny.

I really don't like this thing. Might be entertaining but it's really meaningless to me.
