Exactly, I think the playoff format is perfect as is and I hope they don't mess with it.

I agree, that's one of the things that I love about baseball is that there are only 4 teams that make the playoffs, that makes it difficult to make the playoffs and makes every game really count.

TK is a funny guy but does anyone know how he ever got into sports? He seems to know very little about anything and always claims to go to sleep early so he can't watch any of the games.

Last night was just poorly played. But the sox did play well their first two games up there and could have won both of those games and would have won atleast won if shingo was the closer. Yesterday was basically a flashback to the way the sox have played up there the last 3 years but the first two games were actually very well played. I like the next two matchups but obviously don't like mulder vs. elo. Hopefully mark and freddy pitch well and we can split this series.

Listen to the radio or just go to sleep or watch a movie, just do something else besides watch that show.

Much rather have kendall then javy. This team doesn't need more power they need a guy that can bat at the top of the order and can get on base. Javy is just another right handed slugger like the majority of the lineup already is.

Kenny likes to keep things hush hush, so it wouldn't surprise me at all if he said something like that so people don't worry about the sox. I know he's said before that it was a must to keep quiet and not let anyone else know that the sox were involved in the bartolo sweepstakes otherwise another team would have came into the deal and got him.

The big question seems to be whether or not he has money deferred on that contract or not. If he does have deferred money, then that would seem to fit perfectly with Reinsdorf.

Boston and the yanks won't get him. The flubs won't make a push for him. That leaves the white sox and the angels. If moreno is serious that leaves the white sox and nobody else but if it is a bluff then the angels have the best chance.

Cheat, that's the big problem right there. A lot of people that go to those games aren't fans, they're there to get drunk and nothing else. Unfortunately that's how a lot of those crowds have ended up and because of these idiots, fights break out. It's smart for brooks to get rid of these half price tuesdays to eliminate some of the non fans who just go to the park to get wasted. But I guess if the sox do this to get rid of people who aren't fans and only go there to drink, then the flubs could never have a home game.

I agree. Today especially has been torture, nothing to watch except the aaa allstar game.

I got the nine game package this year but unfortunately you don't guarantee yourself playoff tickets with this package. Steff, do you know how much the 27 game package costs for say the lower reserved? I'd love to get that package but money is a huge issue for me and I probably won't be able to pay for that package for a while but I'm interested in the cost.
