I think we can all agree that Nix has to play against lefties. And if there is one thing I have faith in Ozzie to do, it's to play his right handed bench players against left handed pitching. I think it'll work out just fine.

You can't take Alexei out of 2 hole. He's hitting .301 with a .358 obp and 8 homers since batting 2nd. Eventually, I'd agree that Beckham is going to be moving up in the order but 2nd isn't the right spot at this point.

He's frustrating as hell out there. That being said, lets not forget that he made 2 plays yesterday that no one else on the team would have had a chance for. I think you have to stick with him at short, he's got too much potential as a shortstop to move him out of there during his first full season playing there.

Marmol's complete garbabe, I would have preferred the Castro-Marmol matchup but you really can't fault Ozzie for putting in AJ in that situation. The move that still makes me shake my head is pinch hitting Fields for Beckham. I don't understand that one at all.
