Granted, as you said they had a lot of opportunities but I still don't think you can over look some of those wins.

Always fun to see who everyone has in their FF. Mine: Louisville Memphis UNC Xavier With Louisville playing UNC for the ship and Louisville winning it all.

I'm not going to make an argument for Memphis' resume but I'll make an argument for their team. IMO they are by far the best defensive team in the nation and as has been said they've grown a lot as a team since November and December. You beat Gonzaga in Spokane and you're doing something right. I'll say right now that I believe Memphis is going to be back in the final four. Quote me on that.

STL for the first weekend for the MVC tourny and back to the good ol' Dale.

So we somehow managed to nab the 5 seed in the Valley tourny. We pretty much got the best draw we possibly could(BU instead of IlSU in the first round and UNI instead of CU in the semis if we get there) so at least that's something, still holding out for a miracle run here. To be honest though, I'll be shocked if Creighton doesn't take this thing down, the only other team I can possibly see winning is Soxtalk's favorite, Illinois State.

Honestly, I think the janitor might be my favorite character of all time.

This is as sad as I've ever been as a sports fan. We lost two legends in one night. Sad, sad, sad. RIP Big Red and RIP Norm.
