    QUOTE(Gregory Pratt @ Apr 19, 2006 -> 05:54 PM) They're different types. It's like comparing Maddux to Clemens, I think. I wouldn't say Santana is THAT much better than Buehrle, and I'm not so sure Mark's not better to have. It has nothing to do with what kind of pitchers they are, and as far as Maddux-Clemens goes, Maddux was every bit as good as Rogers was. Johan is the best pitcher in the al right now and while Mark is one hell of a pitcher, he's just not in Johan's league at this point.

    QUOTE(greg775 @ Apr 19, 2006 -> 05:44 PM) Uh....no. I love Mark but he's not in Santana's league.' Uh yes, Mark Buehrle is in Santana's league. No he's not.
  3. QUOTE(chitownsportsfan @ Apr 19, 2006 -> 05:37 PM) 100 wins? No way. No way? This team is better then the team last year that won 99, I don't think you can say that there is no chance of them winning 100.
  4. QUOTE(Heads22 @ Apr 19, 2006 -> 05:01 PM) Never had a Dunkin Donut. What the hell is wrong with you?

    QUOTE(Steve9347 @ Apr 19, 2006 -> 04:10 PM) There is someone by the name of Mark Buehrle going against him. Which pitcher is better? I'd take Buehrle any day of the week. Uh....no. I love Mark but he's not in Santana's league.

    QUOTE(Jimbo's Drinker @ Apr 19, 2006 -> 03:50 PM) Unfortunately, we have Santana on friday. So we gone. If there was ever a good time to get Santana it's now.

    QUOTE(whitesoxfan101 @ Apr 19, 2006 -> 03:45 PM) I'm pretty sickened by your low expectations for this team. If Javy wasn't freaking tipping his pitches Friday, I'd be 10 wins in a row. 9-1 in our last 10 is only acceptable for those once in a while occasions where we just get our butt kicked from inning 1 through 9. Good point, I apologize.

    QUOTE(Wedge @ Apr 19, 2006 -> 03:25 PM) And we're 1 game behind the super-ultra-mega-hott/totally-completely-unbeatable Mets. Half a game actually.

    We should just go 9-1 all the time in our last 10.
  12. I looooooooooooove Krispy Kreme's. KK>>>>>>>>>DD imo.
  13. QUOTE(Wedge @ Apr 19, 2006 -> 03:13 PM) Alright, this stuff makes me unhappy: Rumor Central Unfortunately I don't have Insider, but even seeing Buehrle on that list really pisses me off! It's most likely just from this article.
  14. QUOTE(whitesoxfan101 @ Apr 19, 2006 -> 03:07 PM) Ok, so if I got row 14 seats i'd be safe then? Just making sure. Ya, you should be fine.
  15. QUOTE(whitesoxfan101 @ Apr 19, 2006 -> 03:01 PM) What row are the poles at upstairs. For instance, what row would I have to be in to be above the poles and have an obstructed view? Thanks. They're everywhere. I would say about row 17ish is when you have to start worrying about them but they really aren't that bad. At worst, if you get obstructed by a pole, you'll have to move your head a bit to see the whole field, it's really not bad at all. EDIT: LOL, ok I can't read obviously. For some reason I thought you were asking what section. But anyways, ya it's about row 17 I believe.
  16. QUOTE(whitesoxfan101 @ Apr 19, 2006 -> 02:34 PM) Well if they dump Zito, they still have Harden, Haren, Blanton, Loaiza, and Kennedy can move to the #5 spot (he's been very good out of the pen), plus whatever they get in the Zito trade and a few arms on the farm that could come up and are ready IMO. It's not like trading Zito would be giving up on this season or anything. Loaiza isn't very good as it is, it's ok for him to be the 5 starter when you have 4 studs in front of him but all the sudden you throw Kennedy in the rotation who has been horrible as a starter in his career, so now your 4-5 isn't all that impressive and you've just weakened your rotation a ton. I stand by my statement that you don't trade your 1/2 starter when you have a very legit shot at making hte playoffs, makes 0 sense in my mind.
  17. QUOTE(kman @ Apr 19, 2006 -> 02:41 PM) javi- scott- bobby- neal :headshake lol, Neal gave up one hit on a good ab.

  19. QUOTE(Heads22 @ Apr 19, 2006 -> 02:40 PM) So, I now suffer from heart murmurs. I got one of them. For real.
  20. QUOTE(BigSqwert @ Apr 19, 2006 -> 02:36 PM) That's ghey. I don't think it should count. LOL, ok.
  21. QUOTE(BigSqwert @ Apr 19, 2006 -> 02:35 PM) Tying runner not at the plate. How does that work? Tying run is on deck which makes it a save opportunity.
  22. QUOTE(BigSqwert @ Apr 19, 2006 -> 02:33 PM) A non-save situation. Zero confidence in Cliff. Except for the fact that it is a save situation.
  23. QUOTE(striker62704 @ Apr 19, 2006 -> 02:31 PM) Ozzie is a moron for taking out Vazquez. He can't leave anything alone. He always has to f*** with things to feel important. We better not blow another Vazquez win.
