QUOTE (DBAHO @ Oct 29, 2008 -> 05:08 PM) Miller actually had a pretty decent season last year, with 13.4 points and 9.5 boards. Still Sacramento wouldn't want Hinrich's contract I would imagine, and they have Udrih and Martin in the backcourt already. But the Bulls aren't going to cut it in the East with Gooden, Noah, Gray and Thomas at the PF/C in the East against the Dwight Howard's, Kevin Garnett's etc. Sorry. No way bulls would do that deal. No one would trade a 27 year old guard with a front loaded contract for a 32 year old big man. It would not be that different from when we brought in Antonio Davis or PJ Brown. Like I said, Yuck.

QUOTE (DBAHO @ Oct 29, 2008 -> 02:45 PM) Probably if the Bulls were looking to trade Kirk, it'd be for a big anyways (someone like Brad Miller for instance). yuck

QUOTE (Steve9347 @ Oct 24, 2008 -> 04:32 PM) That's hilarious. She would have been better off Carving an "O" for Obama.

QUOTE (kyyle23 @ Oct 24, 2008 -> 09:51 PM) Bulls showing some fight tonite. Specifically Kirk Hinrich vs Richard jefferson Good. Bulls need to work on that trade value. edit: Just looked at the box score. Hinrich has 21 pts, 8 assists and 7 turnovers. That really offsets anything positive he has done in the game so far.

QUOTE (ZoomSlowik @ Oct 23, 2008 -> 04:57 PM) He'll obviously have trade value once his contract gets closer to expiring, but I have zero faith in the Bulls actually MAKING a deal for a star player that would make having Hughes' $13 mil salary on the books worth it. I'm not even sure who we would target, the big name players I can think of that would be available don't make a ton of sense unless Utah thinks they're going to lose Boozer (and that would require giving up actual talent) or possibly Michael Redd. Guys like AI, Carter and Marion don't really make a whole lot of sense for money, age and/or position reasons. what about keeping Hughes and let his deal expire in 2010 and sign one of those Big Free agents?

QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Oct 23, 2008 -> 02:12 PM) In other words, if he turned in to Thabo Sefalosha? exactly. Like zoom said, no point of him even being on the roster. But I have to disagree with him having NO trade value. I think any expiring contract would have trade value. But, he won't be a free agent until the summer of 2010. (there's that number again)

QUOTE (MurcieOne @ Oct 23, 2008 -> 12:24 PM) Larry Hughes is out 6-8 weeks.... is that a bad thing? If they used Hughes for mainly defensive stops against bigger guards it would be. As long as he takes >10 shots a game for every 25 mins he plays, then I don't want him on the court.

QUOTE (Jordan4life @ Oct 23, 2008 -> 03:36 AM) Really amazing at the disrespect shown by many here regarding the Phillies. You don't get to this point with one good starting pitcher. Even if he is Cole Hamels. it's one game. I still pick the rays

QUOTE (knightni @ Oct 20, 2008 -> 01:32 AM) Who has the most points scored in the NFL so far this season? That's right. #1 Baby. They could easily be 6-0 if it weren't for three 4th quarter defensive collapses. all teams could be 6-0 if it weren't for a few things. For example: The Cowboys would be 6-0 if they had 1 more defensive stop vs the skins, Arizona did not block the punt or if Steven Jackson were not ever born. -
QUOTE (kjshoe04 @ Oct 18, 2008 -> 01:13 PM) I wore my '72 Dick Allen jersey last night. that thing is awesome. I hope you're not over the age of 25 If you are, how dare you not care what other people think.

QUOTE (RockRaines @ Oct 17, 2008 -> 11:08 AM) Brandon Marshall is climbing up there for me. He seems to be a full effort guy on every snap. Brandon marshall is a freak of nature . He just needs to stay out of trouble. -

QUOTE (knightni @ Oct 17, 2008 -> 02:01 PM) We're all desensitized by having the worst receiver corp in the NFL on the Bears. The receiving corp is not a problem this year. I would rank Oline, secondary and Tommie Harris ahead in the Bears Problems. -
didn't realize it comes out today. I'll probably see it tonight.

QUOTE (Chisoxfn @ Oct 17, 2008 -> 01:40 PM) Manny won't get 30M a year though. I don't know about that. I am leaning towards saying he won't. But, I can't guarantee that. I bet you would have said arod won't get 252 M over 10 ( as would I ) . There are worse ways to spend 30 million . (count,Javy and Jim quickly comes to mind)

QUOTE (Texsox @ Oct 17, 2008 -> 01:26 PM) You probably will and maybe with your hat backwards and cool shoes. It also depends on your kids. Some kids are uncomfortable when dad or grand dad starts looking like a college student. So why don't you think we see more older adults wearing jerseys? Conformity
