We all know the Marlins have been trying to get a new stadium built in South Florida. There has been plenty of opposition. Here a column that basically asks is the opposition is justified. He makes some very compelling points.

He's too good for AAA and deserves another chance in the majors somewhere. And the D-Backs aren't asking a lot for him. Matt Lawton is available from Seattle as well. I know he used roids, but he was the only to stand up and take his licks for doing so. He's a switch-hitter that can play all 3 OF positions and can probably be had for Ozuna. They want a RH hitting infielder. We need a RH hitter if the OF.
