With regards to the draft, they might legitimately have the top two picks or two of the top three. They might be able to land Williams and Harrison.

That sounds like the makings of Miami fighting to get in/getting hot at the right time and riding it deep into the playoffs. Conversely, it has the makings of the Cubs backing into the playoffs and getting bounced quickly.
