I dont think its a given that he bulks up. Some people just arent able to put on a lot of weight, no matter what they do to attempt to put it on. Look at Randy Johnson, he always was a tall thin guy, he put on a little bit of weight, but not so much that you would say he bulked up.

Until Choo gets his citizenship/army commitment issue out of the way, it really isnt worth pursuing. Is South Korea good enough to win the gold in the olympics?
