That has been done over and over, it was time for Brainiac or Bizzaro or even Doomsday to make an appearance.

I actually dont mind Cantu being a stopgap/backup for Viciendo. If Viciendo falters at the start of the season, you can plug Cantu in there untl Dayan feels comfortable or more ready for the bigs. I dont have the same feeling of trust with Fields
