just expanding on a thought here: should Uribe and Cabrera get traded and Roberts comes back to the Sox, we can most likely expect Fields to be called up to back up Crede at 3rd, correct? Also, who would end up being the utility infielder/swingman?

You know that Angelo is trying to backload this contract with incentives and performance bonuses in case Hester doesnt work out as a WR. There is no way he is going to pay Hester Berrian money off the bat

i know this looks good on paper, but i really really hope this doesnt disrupt chemistry on the team.
