  1. As much as the defense frustrated all of us, they only gave up 16 points
  2. Guys, this is a magic season
  3. Pretty sure Finch was hating the refs right there
  4. The McCaskeys are gonna have a hard time getting back the money they spent on that lot so far, I also don’t see them running around to Indiana and just eating that investment
  5. It’s not because of them. It’s because federal funds intended for infrastructure are being withheld from the state and Illinois doesn’t know when they are gonna get them. They can’t prioritize anything right now and the Bears want to skip that line and get the infrastructure moving on 53/euclid, Nw Highway and the train station.
  6. If the Sox snag Murakami they better credit WBWSF and Chisoxfanmike
  7. Johnson has been both transparent and backs up his talk with the work. At the bye he said “the running game is not where we want it to be and I’m gonna work to get it better” and he absolutely did that. He talks about involving players in the offense and then you see the results. He wanted to make sure Caleb stays upright and he focuses on opposing defenses and makes sure that the necessary blocks and chips are there for Caleb. He has been everything you can ask for up to this point (unless you are Joe, during a game)
  8. His directorial run from Spinal tap to A Few Good Men is one for the ages. He also was instrumental in acquiring Shawshank redemption and getting it into Darabonts hands because he couldn’t direct it himself
  9. Rob Reiner and his wife Michelle is tragic. That guy was a narrator of my childhood and teenage years, he made and was involved in some of the best movies I have seen
  10. Postgame and Good, Better, Best
  11. There was people calling the score, and maybe even in this thread saying the bears should have traded for Shadeur. I think I’m good
  12. Let’s have that breakout offensive game just for funsies
  13. Is Spartacus that show where the actor that played the main character passed of cancer?
  14. Why are your recent posts going up like you are writing a ransom note
  15. Everyone who engages with the charlatan that is Lane Kiffin deserves to get burned by Lane Kiffin
  16. I believe that’s when Cairo decided he forgot how to kick off too, so they gave them the ball at the 40
  17. Kyler reinjured his groin in warmups.
  18. Rough. I liked their grit today but they left a lot on the field. Not scoring after that interception early was not good. Gotta regroup and beat the Browns and then beat the Packers in Chicago.
  19. Can’t let that happen right away. Come on now
  20. Two big boy throws by Caleb in that drive to Kmet and Zaccheus
  21. Probably some sort of Veteran role guy like Tauchman was that they like to have around, hopefully nothing more than spot starting on the field and DH if he gets hot. He is pretty streaky but maybe they more want him in a reserve role occasionally starting as opposed to playing every day
  22. Anyone watching “Fallout” on prime? For being based on a video game, it’s pretty bad ass
  23. I am still in disbelief that the running game was as good as it was today against that defensive front. This offensive line is no joke right now, and don’t look now but Trapilo is playing more than a merely competent LT
  24. The game balls plus good better best is good stuff
