The only time I think it would feel great to fire someone is if I caught them stealing and recovered the money. Firing someone doesnt only affect them, it affects their dependents, and you dont see that

do you have any local butchers you have called? We have one near us called Butcher on the Block that carries their own brats/sausage/hot dogs. Maybe check your area for a butcher and see what they have Red Hots are good, I am a fan of Vienna beef brand as well but they tend to be a little more pricey
