I propose replacing homeplate with a new homeplate that is 8" wider anytime Billy Koch is brought into the game. We will call it a "Koch-plate". I also propose putting up a "Koch-Net". The "Koch-net" will be 60 feet high, and it will extend from foul pole to foul pole. Hopefully this net will block any dingers koch feels inclined to give up. If we use the "Koch-plate" and the "koch-net" I would expect Billy's era to fall to around 4.50.
