My 1st round mock draft
It is so hard to make predictions before the combine. Last year, Robertson's (from kentucky) value went way up, and Suggs was said to be too slow and his value dropped. Of course then Robertson had a terrible rookie season with Jets and Suggs had a nice year for the Ravens.

Who is your favorite sports writer?
I like Lupica, very opinionated.

The God thread
interesting take. Sort of a buddhist christian mix. Personally, I believe that after death you either go to hell or you go to heaven (keeping my fingers crossed ). I think it is impossible to even imagine death not having something following it.

Who is your favorite sports writer?
Agreed. I thought Chicago sports radio broadcasters were the best in the business, then I moved to New York. Now I don't believe that Boers or Bernstein even deserved to be called journalists. Same with the wise guys. They get off subject, they are lewd, and severely lack professionalism. I think Jiggits and J. Hood are the most professional radio hosts on WSCR, and Jiggits is gone, so that doesn't leave The Score with much.

In the end, isn't that what we all want?

Who is your favorite sports writer?
1st- Mitch Albom, I enjoy his columns in the free press. 2nd- Rick Reily, first column I read in SI every week. 3rd- Dave Anderson, great writer for The Times.

I'm not sure what dead link means, I can see the pictures, but I got them from Ebay so they will go away when the auction ends I imagine.

send prayers this little boys way
Damnit Baggio, why all the depressing stories? My MLK jr. day has been tainted by the gut wrenching feeling I have gotten reading these news links. A boy shot in the head, a ride breaking, and now killed retrieving kittens.

Flying Under The Radar
If he was just a little bigger he would make an excellent NFL back. Instead he is really going to have to battle to get a legit chance.

Jayson Williams Interview..
The real problem in this case is how is how Williams handled the situation. A graduate of my high school happened to be with Williams at the time of the shooting, and is going testify against Williams that Williams had guests dispose of the evidence. I think Williams will get 20 years behind bars.

Are you an Organ Donor?
I think it is illogical, but some claim it happens (see Fanof14's post)

Tonight's Caucus
You also know that not a lot is going on in the world when the fate of Kucinich's doomed supporters is all over Fox News.

Nets to Brooklyn
From what I hear and read, the sale of the nets is all but done, and new ownership will have them in Brooklyn by the 2006 season. Kind of sad, but considering the Nets probably have the smallest fan base in the NBA, I guess it isn't a bad move. It should spice up the Nets vs. Knicks rivalry.

Are you an Organ Donor?
I don't have a lisense yet (damn New Jersey), but when I get it I will probably go with full donar. I have heard though that will attempt to recesitate you for a longer period if you have chosen not to be a donar. I doubt that is true though.

Tonight's Caucus
As of right now, polls show a statistical 4 way tie between Kerry, Dean, Edwards, and Gephart. The latest on each candidate: Kerry: Has a bad cold, and lost his voice. Gephart: Made one campaign stop early this morning to rally voters Dean: Didn't answer any questions after going to a Dr. MLK Jr. memorial. Edwards: Will recieve Kucinich supporters in caucus if Kucinich does not reach 15%

All Frank, All the Time
When I moved away from Chicago in 2001 he was selling it for 13 million. I hope he didn't need all 13 million.

I'm still nurturing this one, hopefully, with a little TLC, he will live a good long life.
