I just don't get the logic as to how rooting for the Sox/Cubs is worse than rooting for the Bears/Packers. The Cubs hardly influence whether or not the Sox make the playoffs, while the Packers are in the same division as the Bears. If the Sox lose 6 to the Cubs, it has the same impact on the team's standings as losing 6 to any other non-AL Central opponent. If the Bears lose twice to the Packers, they're in a pretty bad position to make the playoffs if both teams are in contention. Sure, there are social reasons why some people might hate the Cubs more than the Packers, but they don't actually influence the teams ability to advance (make the playoffs, etc.) on the field, which is ultimately the only thing that matters.

Seeing as how I don't live in Chicago, I couldn't care less about the Cubs. Meanwhile, I hate the Packers with a passion. Bears/Packers by a mile or two.

Is this a joke? Of course he does. The second best player in White Sox history, and the best *clean* slugger of the 90's, as well as the best DH of all time. Really, he should get a statue the same day his number is retired, which should be sooner, rather than later.

I'm not terribly drunk (very buzzed woulkd be more appropriate), but I sang a death metal song in Rock Band tonight called D.O.A. Needless to say, I currently have no voice at all. All things ocnsidered, my wording makes sense, and I haven't really misspelled many words. What can I say, I'm a good typer. haha, I just noticed I misspelled "considered" in that last line. fitting.. I know. an oriioles fan tried talking s*** to me tonigth though, but I just had two words for him: peter angelos. I mean, really. (and yes, I stopped actually editing my misspellings now )

Most minor league hits, because it'd mean I spent most of my time in the minors. Oh, and I agree, Favre sucks.

I think too many cheapens it. One or two representatives per team would be better IMO, and an arm patch for everyone. (Also: I accidentally voted for the third one, but meant to vote for the 2nd)
