That is going to create some big problems. A lot of homes use temp agencies to bring people in when short staffed. Especially with COVID related illnesses, there will be homes that can't adequately staff up, and dangerously so.

I had to re-read my post and make sure I didn't type it in another language or something, but when you are talking about politicians (you know, the people who engage in politics, such as Governors?) and passing judgement on their actions being "theatrical", that pretty clearly passes into politics. There is a thread specifically for this. Hopefully that is simple enough.

And my absolutely free piece of advice, never, ever, never, ever, never keep your mind it target year retirement funds. They are excuses to do a lot of trading in the fund and charge a lot of fees. You can accomplish the exact same thing with an SP fund and a bond fund.

DURING the Presidency? It would be eye-opening as Trump is the first President in HISTORY to refuse to separate out his personal wealth and interests from the office of the Presidency. He's also the first to set his personal travel and activities around enriching his own wealth. But then again he'd get on TV and say this wasn't happening despite all of the paperwork showing he is, and then someone would show a meme about Clinton and/or Obama and half the country would buy it like usual.

The post mortem on this will be fascinating. There is no chance we get an accurate tally on cases and deaths while we are going through this. It will be interesting when we have historical perspective to see how close and accurate that we are.

That's the irony here. The Trump family fortune is very much because of the government. Fred Trump made his money on section 8 housing. Donald enhanced his fortune with tax fraud to launder money from his father to the kids. He also took tons of government money in all of his building projects. Now he is office and pushing public and campaign funds through his businesses so that he can be the 1st President in his to profit off of the office WHILE STILL IN OFFICE. He quite literally is the second generation of welfare queen in his family. The difference is the Trump scope is in the billions instead of thousands like most of the people he looks down on. The best part is the cult army that makes excuses for him, while seeing their paychecks laundered to him.

Funny, as a person pretty firmly in between the two parties, it is exactly this kind of stuff that drove me out of the GOP after decades. I can't support a party that is afraid to even sort of criticize their leader out of fear. Nope as soon as it starts, the denizens start in on Obama or Clinton. It is disgusting.
