?????

And the shoulder is the worst possible injury.

Only Ricky could lose a game they haven't played.

Well, that $25 million is actually a lot less than $25 million. Even in the DR, there are taxes. We also know his agent gets a cut. We also know that Yo loves to spend. I am going to guess he has a lot less than $25 million today, probably less than half... or less.

Dramatic is complaining that guys don't throw 400 innings like they used to because someone only threw 93 pitches in his opener.

At some point the guys who haven't extended have to be thinking that getting the FA market to themselves might be highly profitable with all of the talent locked up.

Dude. The last time someone threw 400 innings was 1908. In 1908 the slider, the splitter, and the cutter hadn't been invented yet. The spitter was still legal in 1908. I also damned sure can tell you that the average speed being thrown then wasn't in the 90s at all. Players also destroyed their arms and were never heard from again in 1908. We also still primarily moved by horse and buggy, primarily communicated by letters, and were without phones, television, and the internet. If you'd like to live like it is 1908, feel free to do it. I am fine with 2019.

I agree, feel free to move on.

Seriously, Eloy needs to be here. Don't overreact to 4 games.

Well, the game thread is in midseason form.

Congrats to the Anderson's!

That is basically 4 bucks a game.

No. With how far the 1b/DH has fallen in cost, it makes sense to wait until the off season. We could maybe get a 2/20 done.

Jose Abreu

Opt out after 3 years.

A lot of great games this weekend.

It's not going to happen.

Part of the Eloy extension was agreement not to file a grievance. Remember this when you ask why Kopech was called up last year with a year more time at AAA than Eloy. https://www.mlbtraderumors.com/2019/03/rosenthals-latest-kimbrel-keuchel-eloy-pillar-joyce.html?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=facebook

28-2

Neither does perpetually complaining, but here we are.

Not as long as it will take Matt Davidson to get a hit in the majors.

I was expecting 17-0, not 0-0, by the tone in here, lol.
