One thing that jumps to mind when discussing Collins is that with his eye being a good part of his carrying tools, we have seen what can happen to a player who may have a great eye, but isn't in an aggressive mind set at the plate in Yoan Moncada. That eye does you no good if you are taking just over borderline pitches that umps will call you out on.

I literally laughed out loud at the last bolded.

This was an amazing read. To put this into perspective. This is Enron in two directions. Instead of just asset inflation like Enron, they would inflate and deflate the same assets in short periods of time based on who they were interacting with. To me it isn't that Fred Trump gave Donald more money than he said, it is that they basically engaged in a RICO conspiracy to move those assets around defraud everyone in the process.

Of course it is because they have a boom or bust roster, but you know, hitting coach/manager.

Which you got from right wing sites with zero credibility.

I have been saying how big of a con artist he is for years. If he told the right to drink the kool-aid, they'd ask which flavor.

Yet you are perfectly willing to share unrelated smears about Dr Ford, as if they were at all relevant to the case at hand.

Here's a historical pop quiz for you... .304/.389/.496 or .333/.393/.493

I think the post mordum looks like this for the Cubs. They scored 1 or less runs 40 times this year, including the wild card game, yet were 9th in all of baseball with 761 runs scored. They have got to figure out a way to reduce their offense's standard deviation.

So what do you have?

Adios Felicias

I don't. It amazes me that everyone else who worked with both Hawk and Jason made them better. And then there was Stone. The broadcast just gets awkward and grinds to a halt. There is no flow. There is no comfort. There is no energy. His best days are gone.

They brought him in when they were down to one usable catcher. That's all. He was never in the teams plans.

I am just gonna say it. Fire Steve Stone.

The numbers don't agree with you, especially if you classify a true one off like Danny Fahrquar the right way.

Some teams have cut under slot deals in an effort to save money to overdraft players in later rounds.

I worked with a lot of people who paid more per month than I paid in a year.

More people looking to blame a victim instead of investigating her story of the crime.
