And look, even if he needs some work, he obviously isn't getting that at Charlotte. These guys are all going to have to learn on the job eventually. Isn't this the entire point? If you weren't going to treat everyone differently based on underlying data and information, why would you spend money to gather it in the first place? Vinny Capra has a .290, not batting average, not on base percentage, not slugging percentage, but OPS. Hal of this roster is a complete mess and looks like a deer in the headlights at the plate. I mean it isn't like ARod is blocking Brooks Baldwin from playing time here.

This roster is LOADED with older AAAA players, well AAAA players at best. Some of these guys weren't even good in their AAA stops, but yet they continue to get start after start. Taylor is a great example, just like Rojas, Capra, etc.
