Ah man, I didn't really want to be on Pedro's side, which means I am probably wrong here...

They should have done this two years ago, or at the latest last year, as that was still at max value for the big 3, but better late than never.

For a guy whose game was his legs? I think a large part of his fall off was related directly to this. It is a lot like a pitcher with a decent shoulder injury in that it takes away from what they use the most. Especially in the case of things like tendons, some of those things never really 100% recover, and when your game is speed and drive from your legs, it has to have an effect. It's why speed guys don't last as long as say power guys.

Not to mention it was actually true. He was basically a year older than the average A+ pitcher, which is very unusual for a real prospect.

Yeah, there was a write up around the time of the signing about how tradable that Williams contract would still be in the modern NBA, which is nuts to me, but apparently true.

The one that also never gets mentioned is the murder of his best friend.

Yeah, the idea this has been all in his head, but nothing to do with his injuries to his most important tool (his legs) is laughable.

Looks like a solid scouting opportunity
