I am going to play the devils advocate and say that increasing the monthly payments is a good thing. The sooner people pay these things off the better. If anything all that will do is cut into the bottom lines of credit card companies, as they can't make the compounding interest off of the poorer card holders that they used to be able to do.

Aaron Rowand is not a 2 hitter. He can't bunt, and he doesn't have a swing to move runners over. He also doesn't hit well down in the count, and doesn't have the patience to take as many pitches as you need with Pods on base. Rowand in the two hole is not a good idea.

Just saw this come across CNBC, China is dropped its peg of the Yuan to the Dollar. It will now be pegged to a "basket of currencies". It will be revalued to 8.11 Y/$ and then will be allowed to move based on the other currencies. I'll look for an article a little later with somemore detail.
