It's not. He is a Tony stan and they are all irrationally mad at Yermin for somehow making Tony look bad.
-
It can't be official until the next signing period
-
That situation applies to the 3rd out. If the 3rd out is a force at 1st, the inning is over, and no other action counts.
-
But I was told it was maintenance?
-
BUT HE SUCKS IF YOU EXCLUDE ALL OF THE TIMES HE WAS GOOD, ESPECIALLY THE ONES SINCE TONY GOT MAD AT HIM!
-
I am wiling to wait for it.

Yes, that is exactly why people get banned. You figured out our secret plot, yet here you are on the site that apparently bans people for your opinion. That begs the question, why are you here then?

Coming from a guy is being backed up by literally no one, but laughed at by everyone.

Guys like TA typically don't get consecutive days off without a really good reason.
-
yeah, there HAS to be an actual reason, no matter how convenient it is.

2020 NBA Regular Season Thread

I remember the Bulls REALLY wanting Luka. -
Interesting. He wasn't going to pitch for a four days at least anyone, this buys them some time.
-
He is up against a REALLY low inning count this year. If you were to start using him as a starter today, you'd lose him for the year by about July. The Sox made the decision that they can get him his innings AND be able to use him to benefit the ball club. He was never going to be a starter this year because of the fact he has never thrown a significant amount of innings in a season. His high IP in college was 65 innings, so you are probably talking about 100 inning top, MAYBE 120. Even Chris Sale got 103 college IP, plus another 33 in the minors and Chicago before he got to the bigs, which is DOUBLE Crochet. They were never going to use him up by July, either in the minors or the majors.

Its the "example" stage. And of course it was Joe West taking the law into is own hands, who else would it be?
-
Despite Tray thinking that this was humorous, the threads were cleaned up and rearranged, along with a general warning.
-
Honestly? Its a terrible choice. Why would you willing give away Crochet as an October option based on how he is pitching on May 27th? That is so incredibly short sighted.
-
Per Jason's closing this thread, there has been some cleaning up done. -The political stuff is gone, let's keep it that way. -The TLR thread is back to being about Tony and his management of the team. -There was also separated out the thread to do with the renaming of Lorretta's Lounge, as while it involved Tony indirectly, it really isn't anything he did to apply to this thread. -Keep it under control in the two existing threads, or face time off potentially.
-
If you start him now, you remove it as an option based on his "current status".

The part that makes this is big leap is that they had to correctly ascertain that the right countries wouldn't take this seriously enough, quickly enough, for this to be effective. Essentially if this was targeted at the west, they had to gamble that the West would value commerce over life, and allow a LOT of people to die in that pursuit. If they quickly and effectively shutdown and attacked this, it wouldn't have been an effective weapon. The second part is that to be able to call this a bio-weapon, you also have to accept as fact that COVID was a very deadly pandemic, and that taking precautions against it IS the right thing to do. Otherwise if it isn't worth being vaccinated, masked, and distanced against, it was a pretty crappy bio weapon.

The dumbest play in baseball history
southsider2k5 replied to Buehrle>Wood's topic in The Diamond Club
Not sure where his teammates were on this one. Even if the 1B didn't realize it, the rest of the infield should have, and been screaming HOME at him. -
Its probably too early for him to start at a regular rate, and still expect to have him for the playoffs. I am going to guess they don't want him to go past 100 innings this year, maybe less based on his usage rate.

Its kinda too bad that there are fans again, otherwise they could move this game up a few hours and get it in.
