    QUOTE(Texsox @ Jan 8, 2007 -> 07:12 PM) Doesn't matter which you call which. Just make certain you are actually transfering the files back to the C: drive. Or make the MMJB have the correct file name from the E:/ drive.
  2. QUOTE(joemg311 @ Jan 8, 2007 -> 05:58 PM) I just finished my obligation with them by getting my buying my 5th DVD, and i canceled my membership right away. It was nice picking 5 dvds for 49 cents to start, but then the 5 dvds over the next 2 years are way overpriced, and none of the ones i had to choose from were that great. You have to buy new releases at full price wich is 19.95 plus some sort of handeling and shipping fee and tax so for each dvd i was billedfor came out to 24 dollars and change. the movies they mail to you to buy, and the few alternative choices were usually chick flicks or family films that i didnt want to own, so i ended up with some movies i never would have bought just to fullfill my commitment. So in the end I ended up with averaged price dvd's and half of them i didnt really care to own. The deals you get as a memeber are ok, but getting a small netflix package then buying used copies from netflix is a much cheaper way to build a nice collection. Don't you get DVDDollars or something like that for every movie you buy? I've heard if you rack those up, you can get movies for free...and, you get 2 free DVD's for every person you refer.
  3. QUOTE(Texsox @ Jan 8, 2007 -> 05:19 PM) I was a member waaaaay back when they were offering (12) 8-track tapes for $.01 :-) Check to see if they ship the selection of the month if you don't send in the card. That's what nails most people. That's what I've heard. If you don't respond to the Director Selection, they automatically ship it and you either a.) pay to ship it back or b.) are forced to pay for it.
  4. Someone told me about it and said that they've had a good experience with it so I joined. You start off with 5 DVD's at $.49 each and then you have to buy 4 or 5 movies in the next 2 years and you're a life-time member. Supposedly you get ridiculous discounts and stuff. Anyone else a member? How is it?
  5. Me and a few friends were talking about this last week. I try my best not to drop the deuce at someone else's house unless I feel comfortable doing so. Other than that, I will only do it if it's an emergency. But it's happened before and I always look for the plunger.
  6. Wallace and Deng had great games tonight. Good to see the Bulls come out and play tough against the Billups-less Pistons and get a solid W. 1/2 game back now.
  7. QUOTE(G&T @ Jan 6, 2007 -> 12:37 AM) That woman in the Mercury car commercials. I have no clue what her name is. Her, and Kerry Sayers from CSN.

    Watched "Sahara" last night. Not a bad movie. Get's boring at times, but Steve Zahn makes it a good movie. Tonight, I'll be watching Batman Begins for the 2nd time...god, I love that movie.

    Ordered The DaVinci Code last night. The book was so much better. It would have been impossible to take everything from the book and put it in a relativley watchable time length. People who didn't read the book and watch the movie will like it. History buffs will like it. People who read the book will either hate it or think it's ok. I thought it was OK.
  10. QUOTE(Heads22 @ Jan 3, 2007 -> 11:34 PM) American Hunter Television Cool. I'll see if there is another showing soon on DirecTV.
  11. I'm mad I missed this. What show was it Heads?
  12. Prayers and good luck to you and your family SSI.
  13. 5 more... 5.) I have seen the Northern Lights in Alaska. 4.) My mom is good friends with Kendall Gill and Ernie Banks. 3.) I was interviewed on CLTV in the 7th grade when I attended a mock-trial from "To Kill A Mockingbird" by Harper Lee. 2.) I threw a no-hitter against Julian in the season opener my junior year of High School. 1.) My first Sox game was a Sox/A's game at Comiskey Park in which Mark L. Johnson hit the game winning home run.
  14. QUOTE(Jordan4life_2006 @ Dec 29, 2006 -> 08:34 PM) Juanita Jordan is simply disgusting.
  15. It's now 10 PM ET. No hanging/hunging/hanged yet.
  16. QUOTE(fathom @ Dec 29, 2006 -> 06:04 PM) No offense, but we don't have anyone that could get that package. We've seen what we've gotten for our pitchers this offseason, and that package isn't even on the same planet as what we've gotten. Contreras and Garland aren't necessarily worth that package, but the market value, combined with the talent of either of our starters, makes that package feasible. How quickly we forget that had Contreras stayed healthy all season long, he would have been the AL Cy Young...no doubt. QUOTE(Balta1701 @ Dec 29, 2006 -> 06:09 PM) Hypothetically, if we're willing to sacrifice making this team worse by another step next year, shouldn't the price other teams have to pay increase more with each step? This as well.

    I finally saw Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby. Overall, it was entertaining. Not all of it was funny, but it certainly had it's moments. I love Walker & Texas Ranger.
  19. QUOTE(WHarris1 @ Dec 24, 2006 -> 03:05 PM) BMAC JERSEY
  20. QUOTE(Gregory Pratt @ Dec 24, 2006 -> 02:14 PM) Oh Jay Mariotti. http://www.suntimes.com/sports/mariotti/18...T-jay24.article And so, Mariotti comes out of hibernation.
  21. QUOTE(whitesox1976 @ Dec 24, 2006 -> 12:46 PM) I agree with you 100%. This trade was terrible, too early to tell if it is among the dumbest trades. It is a bad one though. We should have gotten more than what we did. I am starting to think that Ozzie may have wanted rid of him, IMO. What exactly would you expect the Sox to get back for McCarthy?
  22. QUOTE(The Ginger Kid @ Dec 24, 2006 -> 01:14 AM) I'd like the trade better if I had more faith in the sox brain trust to identify quality prospects without confusing them with what turns out to be very mediocre material. The bullpen certainly has the potential to be very, very good. Feels like they need a veteran in there however, someone to show the way and develop the identity. We'll see. Weird winter so far. Makes no sense to keep Buehrle at this point when they obviously have no intention of re-signing him. What do the Cardinals have that we could use?
