Who are your choices for the last three bullpen spots?

QUOTE (striker @ Mar 25, 2012 -> 09:29 PM) Well, I screwed this up. Can the mods make the options multi? Gotcha. -
Reports: Illini hire John Groce

I hate this. We're going to settle...AGAIN. What about Buzz? What about Martin? What about Grant? Jeez. -
A healthy UNC team against Kentucky would have been the best title game matchup, but oh well. I'll be rooting for Louisville vs Kansas because of Thomas Robinson.

60 Minutes special on Djokovic after the Kansas/UNC game.

Bump for Sunday Red.
-
Viciedo hits the ball awfully hard.
-
Back to back singles off Thornton. I have a bad feeling about him this season.
-
I enjoy watching Rios and Beckham hit the ball with authority. And Phil Humber might just go and prove me wrong this season. I sure hope he does.

QUOTE (2nd_city_saint787 @ Mar 25, 2012 -> 11:20 AM) Thanks man and congrats to you as well, how far are you into p90x are you??? That 16lbs was actually in 2 weeks! 9 pounds week 1, 7 pounds week 2, and then today I had my week 3 weigh ins this morning and I've dropped another 5 spot! I actually skipped friday and saturday too cause I'm nursing my DRose injury (groin was hurting, thought I mighta had a hernia or something but I woke up today with no pain so I'm gonna be back at it tomorrow). My upline coach on beachbody.com says she knows the person who does all the p90x infomercials and if i keep going the way im going shes gonna try to get me a spot on an infomercial!! Thats def added motivation for me right there!! I'm not actually on the P90X program really, I just include some of the videos into my workout program based on what I'm working on or when I need to add cardio.

QUOTE (Rowand44 @ Mar 24, 2012 -> 12:17 PM) Give me the 07 Florida squad. I'll take 09 UNC over all those.

QUOTE (iamshack @ Mar 25, 2012 -> 11:39 AM) I like over 148 today, although I fear Kentucky will be a bit less efficient on offense and perhaps be blinded by Baylor's unis Baylor is wearing black, and Kentucky at one point hit 11 straight shots.

Spent a week in Savannah and it basically turned out to be the equivalent of a Spring Break for me, so I got really behind. Had a late night workout last night then got up this morning and did P90X Core and Ab Ripper, and hit some batting cages today too. Gotta go hard this week to make up for last week. I'm down to 220 now from 240. It's really nice to hear people tell you you look great or that it looks like I've lost some weight. I am definitely seeing the results, which is way more important to me than a number. Pretty proud of the progress I've made with the limited amount of equipment/space I have. And props to you 2nd city saint! 16 pounds in 3 weeks is awesome!

I plan on going to see The Hunger Games this week. Should I read the book before the movie or after?
-
Savannah, GA is one of the nicest cities I've ever seen. So cool, so historic, so relaxed, so warm.

21 Jump Street was hilarious. One of the scenes in the movie where the two main characters are on drugs is arguably the funniest scene I have ever seen. And a very unexpected cameo towards the end. I loved it.

QUOTE (fathom @ Mar 23, 2012 -> 11:50 PM) Seriously, this is absolutely ridiculous Very true. Foul shooting has been awful all around too.
-
QUOTE (fathom @ Mar 23, 2012 -> 11:45 PM) That would require a team making a good play in the last 10 seconds of a game. The end of that game, by both teams, was AWFUL, outside of the inbounds layup by Johnson.
-
Can NC State pull this off? 7-0 run late to bring it to within 1. 37 ticks left.
-
Does Watford remind anyone else of James Harden?
-
Two Teague FT's could pretty much ice this.

QUOTE (coco1997 @ Mar 23, 2012 -> 10:43 PM) AJ with an inside-the-parker! That had to have hit right off the top of one of the bars that hold the OF fence up. Wicked hop.

QUOTE (ZoomSlowik @ Mar 23, 2012 -> 10:35 PM) That's basically what I was saying, most years he'd be closer to 8 because guys with the kind of raw ability I mentioned generally dominate more (and Taj probably would have gone top-10 if he weren't a 24 year old rookie). This is a really odd looking draft class; there are a number of guys with potential but really only one sure thing with Davis. Gibson as a top 10 pick? I don't think so. That seems to be a hindsight opinion, because even at like 29 or whatever it was, people didn't like the Gibson pick.

QUOTE (ZoomSlowik @ Mar 23, 2012 -> 10:13 PM) It's definitely a stretch, the NBA team is always going to have way better depth. That said, the Bobcats are so bad and Kentucky has so much NBA-caliber talent that it's about as close as I can ever remember. Not just depth, but size too. Teague/Lamb/Kidd-Gilchrist/Jones/Davis with Miller off the bench. Sure, lots of NBA-caliber talent, but Bobcats have a lot of guys who were good to great college players too. And a lot of lottery picks. Augustin, Walker, Henderson, Magette. Even Tyrus Thomas and BJ Mullens. Hell, DJ White was a damn good college player himself. Not to mention Miyombo.

QUOTE (fathom @ Mar 23, 2012 -> 10:01 PM) If you switch Teague with Wall as a freshman two years ago, I say they'd have a chance. QUOTE (ZoomSlowik @ Mar 23, 2012 -> 10:05 PM) That's what I was thinking, Charlotte's frontcourt is really bad but Augustin and Walker wouldn't be a good matchup for UK. Realistically, there is no chance they beat an NBA team. Maybe once out of 10 games. Even the Bobcats.
