QUOTE (flippedoutpunk @ Mar 9, 2012 -> 12:14 AM) Skip Bayless @RealSkipBayless Reply Retweet Favorite · Open Reigning MVP must be better in 4th q. 1-5, big FT miss, Bulls lose to half-hearted DHoward at home. Yes, Korver cold but this one on DRose. i looooove when you analyze, Skip. He doesn't actually watch basketball, I'm now sure of it. I had this epiphany this morning when he said he'd take Kyrie Irving over Derrick Rose. I'm not making this up.

All you creamy peanut butter eaters are a bunch of jokers. You're missing out on all the good stuff.

Really starting to see the desired definition in my arms and chest. Traps are coming along. Felt like I was plateuing a little bit so I started mixing up some of my workouts and doing different exercises.

I could have hit at least 2 of the last 5 3's that Korver shot. Seriously. Wide open, great looks.

I just came.

Noah with the tip in over Howard. Who needs Dwight!?!?!

That was literally one of the worst foul calls I've ever seen. Not only was there no contact, but Boozer never even moved as Glen Davis was falling away to shoot.

QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Mar 8, 2012 -> 07:42 PM) Did the Bulls forget about the defensive end of the floor? Helps when Orlando shoots 75%.

I don't get what the Bulls are doing. Let Howard get his. He's not going to score 100 points down low on his own. Don't double him, just don't let them shoot any 3's.
-
This has the "gonna get ugly quick" feeling where the Bulls lose by 8 despite being down 15-20 all game.
-
I'm not a huge fan of Rose's pull up 3's.

Did the Bulls know the game started?

What's the perfect PB&J? For me: Wheat bread, toasted lightly, with about a 65/35 ratio of super chunky peanut butter to grape jam. Grape jelly is acceptable. NEVER preserves. I would have liked to have added 2 more questions: Bread: Wheat, White, Other Fruit: Jelly, Jam, Preserves, Other

QUOTE (Felix @ Mar 8, 2012 -> 03:00 PM) How on earth are Bulls fans this defensive? It's quite amusing. How on earth are Wolves fans this annoying? It's quite amusing. Seriously, stop being a dick.

QUOTE (Felix @ Mar 8, 2012 -> 02:37 PM) If someone is going to put that much effort into a post, they deserve to be called stupid. It was a stupid post that was taking aim at something they clearly didn't read/weren't interested in reading. It was stupid. edit: How many more times can I say stupid in the same post to get my point across? stupid stupid stupid That's quite enough.

QUOTE (witesoxfan @ Mar 7, 2012 -> 05:22 PM) Did you even read the blip or just see that it said the 49ers were interested and had a specific price on both Wallace and Jackson? Considering how much cap space the Steelers have cleared in the last couple weeks, it's either going to take a monstrous offer and/or a high enough draft pick that the Steelers can bring in additional talent to offset the loss of talent in Wallace. From that report, neither the money nor the pick will be there. I give the 49ers a 0.1% chance of signing Mike Wallace. A guy I hadn't thought of is Robert Meachem, and he really does fit what the 49ers need and he is going to be much more cost effective than Wallace too. Wallace is a great player, but most of his value comes from playing with a QB who can throw absolute bombs. Roethlisberger can do that; Smith can't. A team that may be willing to give up their 1st rounder that, IMO, makes more sense is the Ravens, but the Steelers would pull out all the strings to prevent that from happening, and, with the Steelers' history of hitting on 1st round picks, I tend to doubt that the Ravens want to give their pick to the Steelers as well. The Patriots make some sense too, but I imagine they would also rather look at Jackson or Meachem before giving up a 1st rounder, but with Belichick wants something, cost isn't a huge obstacle. In the end, I think Wallace stays with Pittsburgh but that they'll have to match an offer. If I'm not mistaken, the Patriots have 2 first-round picks this year anyway.

QUOTE (Quinarvy @ Mar 7, 2012 -> 12:34 AM) He really isn't, yo. BG has come up huge in big situations and tried on D, just undersized. Martin is a legit 6'7 who is actually worse on D and his main weapon, the "rip-through" move, has been taken away this year. I'd rather have Martin too. He's basically a suped up version of Rip. I've had quite enough with the Ben Gordon pump fakes and dribbles off his own feet/knees. Guy is making 11 million and can't start for the Pistons but we want him starting for the Bulls?

Tonight sucked. I hate the Blues. Bunch of goons.

QUOTE (Quinarvy @ Mar 6, 2012 -> 03:34 AM) Korver + Watson + Lucas for money. Resign Mike James. For Ben Gordon? Uh, no thanks.

QUOTE (Go_Go_Sox79 @ Mar 5, 2012 -> 09:02 AM) If you consider the Web Site this was on, and the people who visit that web site and ranked them this should not come as a suprise. FanGraph is big into Sabermetrics and all the advance stats..I do not think I have ever heard Hawk talk about any of that and sometimes he dismisses it all together. Most of the guys in the Top 10 are believers in advance stats. With that being said I would not miss Hawk if he left tomorrow. I do not mind that he is a Homer, or that he tows the company line, I would just prefer more intelligent conversation during game. I feel bad for Stone, that guy has a ton of insight to offer but has a hard time getting a word in around Hawk and his long pointless stories..or his stupid catch phrases. I can't help but disagree here, unless I'm not 100% clear on what this phrase means. Hawk tells it like it is. There's a difference between being a homer and rooting for your team and being a puppet and saying what they want you to say. Hawks is very critical of guys when they struggle. Yes, he roots for them to get out of their slumps and help the team out, but he doesn't sugar coat things all the time. I think that's a common misconception. He's a broadcaster, he can't sit there and rip the organization that is writing his checks. But he sure as hell doesn't sit there and pretend all is well when the team isn't winning.

Was able to catch a few older movies I haven't seen before this weekend. The Bone Collector and Se7en. Really enjoyed both of them. I liked Se7en a lot.

Mario Williams has become an unrestricted free agent. I'm not even going to dream about a Williams + Peppers duo because it would get my hopes up way too much. And it would make me have to change my underwear.

I've pissed in a sink or two before. Only in emergency situations though. Bathroom/utility sinks only, never in a kitchen sink that I can recall. Chalk me up as a frequent shower pisser too.

Need to up the amount of cardio I'm doing. Seeing a lot of great results with the weight lifting, but it'll be even better if I can continue running a lot. Still quite a bit of muscle hidden beneath the leftover fat. I find myself looking in the mirror a lot more lately.
