Wow, the anger here's a little surprising. Forget his excessive rosiness towards KC for a sec(since almost everyone responding could have the same thing said for them) and he's not far off with the Sox.
Bullpen: Depending on Koch, we could be the best or third. The same could be said for KC.
Starters: It's pretty much a tie between the Sox and Twins with both needing young guys in the 4 and 5 spot to step up so I don't see it being a slap rating 1,2 the way he did. I'll admit he was hitting the koolaid hard when he he said "the Royals could have the best rotation in the division." but then they're no worse than the Sox rotation going into 2000 was.
Infield: We do have ????? at all 5 positions, after last yr how could Kong not be a ????, Harris is the epitomy of a ?????, Which Jose shows up this yr esp. on D ?????, Olivo has potential but didn't show anything last yr to make you think he was going to blossom this yr, Crede has only one full yr under his belt which begs a ???? but he's probably this least questionable of the bunch. I don't think it's outrageous to say it's a pick'em between KC and the Twinks.
Outfield and DH: I guess it depends on your preferences of speed and D over power or not. I personally go back and forth on this one myself.
He obviously takes a rosy KC view in the records but as far as the Sox go I could see us winning 83 games, I can also see us winning 73 or 93 too. I guess that's why we play the games.
