Part of any delay in Rodon signing has to be the price you pay for picking a Boras "advised" client. Signing for just around slot right away, pretty much can be done by a guy like Rodon without an advisor. The delay at least presents the possibility that using Boras' advise actually made him a few more dollars.

How many games have the Sox lost this year because of a lack of defensive OF of Danks quality not being a late inning defensive replacement in the OF? Reading gamethreads, I have always thought just about every loss is because of Ventura's stupidity.

It would be awesome to see. I just have a bad feeling. Andrews had a list of reasons for all the TJ surgeries and Kolek could have put a check next to each one of them.

I don't know where anyone is getting the Sox would have drafted lower had they kept Rios. They were 3 games worse than the Cubs and Rios was basically replaced by Garcia who did pretty good last year. It's good that he's gone even if he is producing. That play during Darvish's near perfect game is all you really need to know about Alex Rios.
