When is the last time Hahn acquired a non elite prospect in a trade who turned into a decent contributor?

Pedro talked a good game. The problem is they didn't hire a manager that said you have some issues here, and you need to make changes. He told them what they wanted to hear. This team is stacked. The bottom line is, if RH and KW think they are good at their jobs, they need to show Pedro the door. If Pedro and his staff aren't the problem, RH and KW need to walk out the door. To rebuild correctly, you have to take a deep dive into your minor leiague staff. These people are critical. Development has been a huge problem.
