If Puig were traded to the White Sox, he will not hit until June due to the weather and have an OBP under .300. Then he will be out of baseball in 4 years and be the next big, where are they now candidates 15 years from. Owning a gas station in some caribbean country.

Lester's inability to hold runners cost them today as it did not allow for a tailor made double play that led to three runs.

Sad that the pitching staff has to support this horses*** offense. At least they are playing some defense to keep it interesting. Good hitting teams will beat up Hendricks. He is similar to Danks sans the contract.

The Cardinal game with Montero was a prime example. He took a pitch he could not do anything with and got the call then doubled. Plate discipline that the cubs instilled as an organization from top to bottom is one thing I really give them credit for as it mirrors Boston and New York. Obviously it is not working as well as those two have in the past but it beats the hell out of the first pitch pop out or whatever failing white Sox philosophy there is.
