I don't know how that quote got there, but I agree with you. Plus, he can play 3B, SS, and 1B.

He's their best middle of the order hitter now...

that's not a bad idea, but I am not excited about the idea of trading Floyd. But if we did acquire Church, we could perhaps get Spilborghs from Colorado since they are pretty packed with OF'ers. I wouldn't mind a platoon of Church and Spilborghs in LF (or center depending on how the offseason goes) at all.
